Each original artwork by Larissa Chadney is a one-of-a-kind creation, made with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Due to the unique nature and high value of original artwork, all sales are final, except for in the unique case that the artwork arrives damaged. All originals are sent with shipping insurance to protect the Buyer and Artist in this rare instance.

 

✅ No returns or refunds are accepted for original artwork once purchased.

✅ If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

✅ In the rare case of a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong artwork sent), please reach out immediately for assistance.

Limited edition prints and exclusive products (such as cushions, notebooks, and other special additions) are made to order and produced in small, time-limited batches. Due to this, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

✅ If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement if applicable.

✅ As these items are created in limited runs, replacements may be subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution will be provided.

✅ Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final once an order is placed.
